What is The Thinkery Project about?

You - yeah, you read that right! It’s about you. And your willingness to join us in a movement of change. We radically believe that human rights should be effectively guaranteed for everyone and we are driven by collaborating to a more empathetic and inclusive future. Why should I buy from you?

You are right to question… Our products are for you if you connect with our purpose of being a force for good! By using our apparel and accessories, our goal is that you can be you to express your unique self and to find your voice in the fight to dismantle oppressive systems.
But wait, there is more. The Thinkery Project is a small-batch production and stands for an ethical slow fashion. When you order from us you are also supporting an independent woman-led business.

What actions do you take toward sustainability?

We believe that how we do the work is just as important as the work that we do. Our commitment extends to implementing ethical and responsible practices in our operational framework and to reducing our ecological footprint. Fueled by our three core guidelines - small-batch production, conscious packaging, and carbon-neutral shipping - we continuously seek innovative ways to improve our actions and drive social change through fair and humane work practices. Why no sales?

It is totally valid to wonder why we don’t engage in any kind of sales, be it seasonal events or “important” dates. In fewer words, we believe in being fair - to our values and to you.

The concepts of our products reflect real stories of everyday battles. And for us, that means being aware of and fighting oppressive structures every single day. We believe in celebrating people, acknowledging their fights, and being allies year-round - not just on specific dates.

Which apparel size should I pick?

All The Thinkery Project pieces are unisex, with sizes ranging from XS to 4XS - which is a great start. But we will not stop there - we are committed to expanding and perfecting our size-inclusive clothing.

We highly recommend you check the size chart to make sure you are getting the fit you are comfortable with!

Unsure about sizing? Please, compare measurements with your favourite t-shirt / hoodie / sweatshirt at home. In case you need further personal assistance in picking a size, drop us an email before placing your order! We are more than happy to help with sizing questions! We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing.

How to take care of my apparel?

Here are quick tips on how to ensure your apparel continues to inspire and empower:

  • wash cold inside out to protect the vibrant prints
  • hang to dry - best! - or tumble dry low inside out
  • do not iron directly on the print
  • do not dry-clean

Protect that message and keep it sharp!

Are the stickers waterproof?

Yes! All our stickers are made of premium vinyl and are coated with a UV-protective laminate that makes them resistant to fading, scratching, tearing, and water. They also have a waterproof and heat-proof adhesive making them dishwasher safe.

Do you ship worldwide?

At the moment we offer shipping to Canada and United States. Please be aware that you may be required to pay additional customs duties and taxes depending on where you are ordering from. Check with your local customs office if you have any further questions. We are not responsible for international duties, taxes, and import charges that may apply. We are also not responsible for delays due to customs.

If you would like to ship your order outside Canada or United States, please, contact us to explore your options.

How much will I pay for shipping?

Shipping rates will vary depending on where you live. Options of delivery rates and estimated delivery times will be automatically displayed at checkout.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $125 before discounts and taxes.

All packages include a tracking number and shipping insurance.

When will my order be shipped?

After placing your order, please, allow us 3 to 5 business days to process it before shipping it out to you. Shipping time does not include processing time. Estimated delivery times will be displayed automatically at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped (fulfilled), you will receive an email notifying you that your shipment is on its way. You can find the tracking information in this email and in your account profile if you have created one. Be mindful that tracking information is generated only after the order is processed - not immediately after shopping. Also sometimes couriers take a few days to update the tracking information. If you can’t find the shipment notification email, please check your spam folder. Feel free to contact us for further assistance if needed.

Can I modify and/or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, not. We are not able to accept order modifications and/or cancellations, including shipping information. To ensure a seamless experience, kindly double-check your purchase and information during checkout. This small step can save you future inconveniences. However, if you notice an error in your order immediately after placing it, we encourage you to contact us right away here. We will make every effort to help you out.

How do I return an item?

As a small-batch brand, at the moment we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Though we take pride in our rigorous quality assurance, we humbly acknowledge that as humans occasional mistakes can happen. Please, inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us within 5 days of delivery if you have received a defective or wrong item. We will evaluate your situation and make it right!

I have entered an incomplete and/or incorrect address. What do I do now?

Prior to completing your purchase, please, take a moment to verify the accuracy of the information provided during checkout. If you need to make a change to your shipping address, contact us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate the request. However, processing begins immediately after an order is placed and there may be instances that your shipping label has been created and cannot be changed.

What happens if my order is returned due to an incomplete and/or incorrect address?

Please, contact us immediately if your tracking states that the package was "returned to sender". We will cross-check the address provided by you during checkout with the one we inputted in the shipping label. Please, refer Item “returned to sender” section in our Shipping Policy.

My order shows as “delivered” when I track it. But I didn’t receive it. What should I do?

Please, contact us immediately if your tracking states that the package was "delivered" and you didn’t receive it. We will cross-check the address provided by you during checkout with the one we inputted in the shipping label. Please, refer Lost and/or Stolen Packages section in our Refund Policy.
