Refund Policy

The Thinkery Project is a small, intentional business crafting small batches with care. Please understand that our process may differ from big corporations. Be mindful of expectations set by the big fast fashion companies that are almost nearly impossible to be achieved by a small business like us. We value and are committed to your happiness and satisfaction above all else, cherishing our close-knit community. Your love and support fuel our mission endlessly!

Returns & Exchange

As a small-batch brand, at the moment we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

We highly recommend you check the size chart to make sure you are getting the fit you are comfortable with. Unsure about sizing? Please, compare measurements with your favourite t-shirt / hoodie / sweatshirt at home. In case you need further personal assistance with sizing, contact us before placing your order.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing due to:

  • small batch production - leading to limited inventory and
  • high demand - making it a challenge to guarantee the availability of the same apparel in a different size.

Defective, Wrong, or Damaged Item

Having a small-batch operation enables us to thoroughly inspect every product before shipping it to you. We stand by our quality assurance. But we are humans and mistakes can happen. Please, inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us within 5 days of delivery if you have received a defective or wrong item. You can send us your order number, name, and photos here. We will evaluate your situation and can offer a replacement or store credit if a replacement is unavailable.

We are not responsible for damages that occurred during shipping. Your order is carefully packed in water and tear-resistant biodegradable mailer bags. And when required we use more sturdy packaging for delicate products.

Modifying or Canceling an Order

We do not offer modifications and cancellations once an order has been placed as they go directly into processing. Please double-check your cart and shipping information when ordering.

If you notice an error after placing your order, we encourage you to contact us immediately. We highly value our customer’s experience and we will make every effort to solve your case if the order has not been processed and shipped yet. Adjustments are not guaranteed.

Lost and/or Stolen Packages

Your order should have a shipping tracking number unless you have opted for a shipping method without tracking during checkout. Please, check your email or sign in to your account to access the tracking number.

You are responsible for providing an accurate, complete, and up-to-date shipping address. Please, contact us immediately if your tracking states that the package was "delivered" and you didn’t receive it. We will cross-check the address provided by you during checkout with the one we inputted in the shipping label. Two scenarios are to be considered:

  1. If the shipping address was inputted correctly on our end (from what you provided us during checkout), we will not be liable for any lost and/or stolen packages as we have fulfilled our responsibility of shipping out your order. Items marked as “delivered” by the shipping courier are considered delivered for the purposes of refunds and cancellations. You are responsible for contacting the shipping courier and filing a lost package claim or a stolen package claim.
  2. If the shipping address was inputted incorrectly on our end (from what you provided us during checkout), we offer one of the following options:
    • a replacement if stock is available at no additional shipping cost and any extra fees to you;
    • a store credit of the total order value;
    • a refund of the total order value.

Please, refer to our Shipping Policy in case of a package marked as “returned to sender”.

Important Notes

To avoid unnecessary hassle, please, double-check your cart and the information inputted (including email address and shipping address) when placing your order. We are unable to modify or cancel orders once they are placed.
