Shipping Policy

The Thinkery Project is a small, intentional business crafting small batches with care. Please understand that our process may differ from big corporations. Be mindful of expectations set by the big fast fashion companies that are almost nearly impossible to be achieved by a small business like us. We value and are committed to your happiness and satisfaction above all else, cherishing our close-knit community. Your love and support fuel our mission endlessly!

Processing Time

After placing your order, please, allow us 3 to 5 business days to process it before shipping it out to you.

Business days: Mondays to Fridays and exclude national holidays.

Rates, Estimated Delivery Times, and Tracking Number

Shipping rates and times will vary depending on where you live. Options of delivery rates and estimated delivery times are automatically displayed at checkout.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $125 before discounts and taxes.

All packages, except Lettermail, include a tracking number and shipping insurance.

You will receive email notifications to the email address you provided during checkout. Including an immediate order confirmation email, followed by a shipping notification email once your order is processed and fulfilled, and further transactional notifications based on your order status.

    Shipping destinations

    At the moment we offer shipping to Canada and United States. Please be aware that you may be required to pay additional customs duties and taxes depending on where you are ordering from. Check with your local customs office if you have any further questions. You are responsible for international duties, taxes, and import charges that may apply. We are also not responsible for delays due to customs.

    Address Provided and Our Liability

    You are responsible for providing an accurate, complete, and up-to-date shipping address. If the shipping address was inputted correctly on our end (from what you provided us during checkout), we will not be liable for any lost and/or stolen packages as we have fulfilled our responsibility of shipping out your order. Please, refer to our Refund Policy.

    Item “returned to sender"

    If an item is “returned to sender” because of an address error or a delivery attempt failure, there are two scenarios to be considered:

    1. If the shipping address was inputted correctly on our end (from what you provided us during checkout), we offer one of the following options:
      • we can ship a replacement if available. There will be a recharge of the shipping rate to ship it to you again. You are responsible for all shipping fees in cases where delivery attempts fail;
      • you will be refunded your order value minus: the shipping cost plus a flat processing fee of $10 CAD or $8 USD;
      • you will get a store credit of the order value minus the shipping cost.
    2. If the shipping address was inputted incorrectly on our end (from what you provided us during checkout), we offer one of the following options:
      • a replacement, if stock is available at no additional shipping cost and any extra fees to you;
      • a store credit of the total order value;
      • a refund of the total order value.

    Address errors and delivery attempt failures include, among others: input of incorrect and/or incomplete addresses and no access to a mailbox and/or a unit.

    Return fees for undeliverable packages vary depending on location and courier and may be charged to you in the case of scenario 1 described above.

    All the above is conditional to us receiving back the physical package. Any of the options described in both scenarios will start being processed after that.

    Please, if this is your case, contact us as soon as you see a “returned to sender” information on the tracking.

    Important Notes

    To avoid unnecessary hassle, please, double-check your cart and the information inputted (including email address and shipping address) when placing your order. We are unable to modify or cancel orders once they are placed. Refer to our Refund Policy.

    Note that the estimated delivery times displayed at checkout do not include processing time.

    Processing and shipping times may be delayed due to external factors that are out of our control (weather, natural disasters, courier delays, weekends, holidays, etc).
